Once found only on the most elegant tables, in the 20th century gelatin became a popular food for both stylish dinners and economizing mothers. Discover its colorful history! Come for a campy contest and stay for a visual feast.
8:30 - 9:30 pm. Preceded by a Molded Salad contest at 7:30.
